In-Store Return Policy
At Westcott Mercantile, we offer exchanges or store credit. We do not offer refunds. Items eligible for return must have a receipt, original tags, and returned within 10 days of purchase. Jewelry returns require that the white WM tag remains attached for exchange or store credit. Please note that below items are final sale and cannot be returned. •ornaments & holiday decor •artwork •vintage goods •paper goods •notecards •food and drink products •French ceramic hens We reserve the right to refuse returns if items are not in new condition.
