Gift Box Shipping Return Policy

Due to the unique and small batch nature of our gift boxes, we do not accept online returns. However, if any item arrives damaged, please reach out to us at hello@westcottmercantile.com and we'll be happy to assist. Thank you for understanding our small business policies.

In-Store Return Policy

At Westcott Mercantile, we offer exchanges or store credit. We do not offer refunds. Items eligible for return must have a receipt, original tags, and returned within 10 days of purchase. Jewelry returns require that the white WM tag remains attached for exchange or store credit. 2024-2025 Holiday Return Policy🎄

For the holiday season, we are extending our return policy. Purchases made starting November 12th will be eligible for return until January 10th, following our standard return guidelines.

FAQ

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed and ready for shipment within one (1) business day. Transit time of 2-5 business days is typical for local orders. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
We are able to ship to street addresses, P.O. F.P.O. and A.P.O. boxes in all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is currently unavailable.
